Ideas and Mission
- Focus on Online Presence and practice using digital tools to present our message more effectively
- Run meetings like a TV Show, with new roles like Producer, and Live Reporter – which encourages us to practice a mindset of giving a live performance
- Arrange special events – Speechathons, Educationals, Panel Discussions, Masterclasses, Training, etc. Some events could be chargeable for non-members.
- Focus on knowledge, skills and experience that helps members be more successful outside of Toastmasters

Membership
Existing Toastmasters must meet one of the following educational requirements:
- Completed the Competent Communicator Manual
- Completed Levels 1 and 2 of a Pathways Path
Non-Toastmasters can apply to join if they are already comfortable speaking and presenting in person or online.
Every applicant must pass an audition (2-3 minute speech) – details to be confirmed
